If your package does not include a return label, please contact us by phone or Email to us. Returns do not have to contain a return slip and do not have to be registered with us in advance. Parcels sent freight collect will not be accepted. Once we have received the return, a refund will be made to the previously used payment method. Please note that an exchange is not possible. Please order the desired product again in our shop.
